(hereinafter referred to as "GH Consulting") complies with all laws and regulations regarding personal information and takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of our customers, business partners, and other related parties that we handle in the course of our business.

01Definition of Personal Information

04Management of Personal Information

We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to otherwise safely manage personal information.

05Disclosure and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases

  • When providing personal information to a third party in accordance with other laws and regulations other than the Personal Information Protection Law
  • When providing personal information to a third party is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
  • Cases in which the provision of personal information is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual concerned.
  • When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to impede the execution of such affairs.

06Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Personal Information

When we receive a request from an individual to disclose his/her own personal information, we will promptly disclose the information. In such cases, if the identity of the person cannot be confirmed, the Company will not disclose the information. If there is an error in the content of personal information and the person requests correction, addition, or deletion of the information, we will promptly respond to the request after investigation. If we are unable to confirm the identity of the person making the request, we will not comply with the request.

07Continuous Improvement

We will review our management system for the protection of personal information in light of changes in social conditions and the environment, and strive for continuous improvement in the protection of personal information.
